Day two in Las Vegas, a bit more loathing than fear thus far, but this is mainly impart to overeating and a late night on Fremont ending at dawn.
After waking up comfortably uncomfortable, we headed out from the LINQ to cure our self inflicted sottedness at SkinnyFATS after hearing about their famed cold pressed juices and concoctions for just the sort.
A hot spot based on juxtapose and quirkiness, created solely out of the need for ice-T after Reed Allen Sobulsky, a tenant of the business park it is located in, favorite go-to cafe for his daily dose of Passion Ice -T shut down creating a much needed demand for a replacement.
So he partnered with chef Josh Green to create SkinnyFATS. Chef Green, who's previous experience was with Daniel Boulud and as a person chef in NYC, created a unique dual menu of happy and healthy eats where items are often named by patrons and even had a secret menu with options like the 'one eyed monster' (a humorous take on brioche with gravy and bacon).
Mustering up the energy after our meal to shoot in the desert, my team and I found the perfect rocky skyline to shoot this silky short track suit coming soon from Delahooke!
