In my opinion, the perfect thing to match with a high waist pencil skirt is a good crop top. I am not a fan of volunteering my midrift, however, I think showing the small space above the belly button is a bit more classy and sexy. It leaves more to be imagines and less to be exposed!
I am in love with this skirt from Eva Mendes for New York & Co. It really fits well and the thicker material smooths everything you want smoothed when wearing a more body con piece. This simple bralette from TopShop comes in various colors, including pink, so you can mix and match! I would also recommend high waist pants as well paired with this top.
